The final elemental capsule, the Fire version is heavily sought after by multiple parties. The Chorager, from his base inside the vector, dispatched Randy Chap & Battle Sire to claim it...but they haven't been heard from in a while.
It's said that once all the elemental capsules are discovered, entering the Fire capsule will trigger an apotheosistic event.
