Under the command of General Gonte, the Cerulean Division is filled with ultra-loyalists who did not defect alongside the previous leadership of Cerulean Knight. 

Cerules (as they are known) are all-terrain troops, but specialize in mountainous regions. 

Includes gun and 3 swappable heads. 
First 50 orders get a bonus black fedora for General Gonte to wear.
