As you can see, Crae is looking a little more buff and heroic from his previous appearance in the Jagged Age comic. Well, this is Crae at Level 20, having gained a bit of knowledge, muscle mass, and fighting skills.
Opening the relic store as a cover to investigate the Kingdom of Nosvera was a brilliant move. It's brought all sorts of miscreants, ne'er-do-wells, and undesirables into Crae's orbit....each with something to sell or trade.
He quickly befriends the behemoth Bargard, a veteran sell-sword who starts teaching Crae (rather brutally) the art of combat. While not the brightest lantern in the cistern, Bargard has a jolly pleasant demeanor and loves nothing more than a leg of mutton after a hearty brawl.
Late one night the relic shop is interrupted by a dark stranger in the doorway, at his back, a silver bow without a string.
