Ron Batt was probably the best racer on Turbo Atoll, but he keeps smashing into things and injuring himself. Refusing to quit, Ron instead opted to let the Turtle Mechanic rebuild his body with a variety of found parts. As crazy as Ron sounds, he's the even-keeled brother compared to Russell.
