Savage Raddick

With the threat of all-out war with the Trilo Kingdom ever present, Sub City has become a sort of sanctuary zone, offering a home to all of the heroes, villains, and aliens that might have once been in the cross-hairs of the powers that be. Someone up top finally realized in-fighting between earth's super powers would only make the Trilobyte King's invasion all the more easier, so the model of a "special economic zone" was adapted for the floating research center (including immunity from prosecution). Raddick, along with the disembodied Hera, agree to meet Dr. Silver and begin work on a new weapon. Raddick is no stranger to new looks, and his current visage in due to an experiment we will talk about in short time. Let's just say it's fascinating! The stuff they are doing on Sub City. The utilization of the inner Gamma power source, the hydroponic cannons, really galaxy brained thinking. I don't have a lot of time to get into it here (nor would I on such an insecure data link) but rest assured you'll be caught up soon. It's really exciting stuff! Truly!
