When the Batt Brothers smash up their capsule (or themselves) they bring their wrecks to the underground garage of the Turtle Mechanic. His real name is Simon, but everyone just calls him the Turtle Mechanic. While his methods may not be "legal" he will rebuild anything, be it vehicle or living creature. His track record speaks for itself- almost everything that's left his operating table has almost nearly always been sort of ok. 

 This purchase includes brand new turtle head, neck, torso, necklace and removable shell, as well as a material style hackerman body (previously released), all for a special price.
